For instance, Josh B. wanted a special caramel for his wedding reception and we created a lime & chili caramel, the "JB Caramel", namesake for Josh. Suggest a flavour or flavour combination and we will name it after you! Here's our JB Caramel: This caramel also happened to win a Bronze Medal at the 2015 International Chocolate Salon's Top Caramel Awards in California.
